Information clauses concerning the processing of personal data for certain purposes and in specific business processes operated by Dom Development

Dom Development processes personal data in the implementation of its business functions, for the following purposes:

e) with regard to the establishment, exercise or defence of claims - for the limitation periods for claims as set out by law,
f) with regard to direct marketing - until you object to such processing

We will process the data for a period required by the law for corresponding types of documents; for example, personal data in or for tax accounting documents will be processed by us for 5 years following the end of the year when the tax obligation arose and to secure information for a legal need to demonstrate the facts - until the limitation periods for claims (if any) expire.

We will process your data until the expiry of any processing purpose that requires statistics to be prepared. Preparation of statistics is only a process that accompanies other processes

We will process the data until the recruitment process is completed unless the candidate consents to the processing of their data in future recruitment processes – which will extend this period to 12 months.

To process the data of shareholders, persons closely related, persons in executive roles at the Controller, resulting from the legal duties and obligations related to having the status of a public company/issuer Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR
We will process your data for 5 years following the making or updating of a list of persons closely related and persons in executive roles at the Controller, and, in the case of shareholders, for 12 months after we are notified that the person is no longer a shareholder in the Controller.

Dom Development reserves the right to present third-party products and services to Customers. Whenever a Customer decides to purchase a third-party product or service so presented, Dom Development requests the Customer to consent to its personal data being made available to the third-party and provides comprehensive information related to that process. Once the Customer has given its consent, its personal data is made available to the third-party who at the same time becomes a separate data controller.

You are informed by Dom Development from time to time of any recipients of your personal data. This is done in the dedicated information clauses we provide to you. For our social media Fanpage, such recipients may be other portal users. Dom Development also informs you that personal data shared by you in a social media profile or while contacting Dom Development via a social media portal may be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

As part of this Website, Dom Development processes information regarding the user's interaction with the Website and the content and services contained therein, in order to improve the Website and adapt it to the user's needs. The information referred to above is not associated with specific persons using the Website and is not used by the Company to identify the user. Therefore, the Company does not identify a particular user of the Service by associating this information with his/her other data, for example in the contact form. The provision of your data is required, for example, to conclude agreements and to perform legal obligations. Your personal data may be shared with Dom Development by an entity subcontracted by Dom Development. Otherwise the disclosure of your data is voluntary.

Any individual whose data is processed by Dom Development has the rights resulting from applicable laws, i.e. the right to:

  • request to access your personal data,
  • request to have your personal data deleted,
  • request to have your personal data rectified,
  • object to the processing of your personal data,
  • request to have your personal data processing restricted,
  • request to have your personal data transferred.

We do not process your personal data in a fully automated manner (including profiling). The decision to provide specific information to you will be ultimately made by an employee of the Controller.

Once you have selected the processing operation assigned to the business process in which you are involved, a dedicated information clause will be displayed.
