Modern architecture

Functional apartments

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter the “GDPR”).

  1. The controller of your personal data is any of the following companies operating within our capital group:
    a) “Dom Development” S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, Pl. Piłsudskiego 3, 00-078 Warszawa,
    b) “Dom Development Kredyty” Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Pl. Piłsudskiego 3, 00-078 Warszawa,
    c) Dom Development Wrocław Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 1, 50-077 Wrocław.
    Each of the above companies shall hereinafter also be referred to as a "Controller", and all of them collectively as the "Controllers".
  2. The Controllers have appointed a Data Protection Officer, whom you may contact in respect of any matters relating to the protection of your personal data:

    b) by letter to: „Dom Development” S.A., Pl. Piłsudskiego 3, 00-078 Warszawa, marked with the reference “PDPO”.
    In particular, you may contact the Controllers in the above manner in order to exercise your rights referred to in items 8 and 9 and/or to withdraw your consent, as referred to in item 10.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of:
    a) direct marketing of products and services on the basis of your consent, if such consent has been given by you (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), or
    b) taking action on your request before the conclusion of the contract, where such request has been expressed by you (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or
    c) holding a meeting with you with regard to the services and products delivered by the Controller, which is necessary for the pursuit of the Controller's legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
  4. Categories of personal data processed (the information in this section is intended only for data subjects whose personal data has been obtained otherwise than from these data subjects):
    a) contact details, e.g. name and surname, telephone number, email address, etc. or
    b) shopping preferences, e.g. location, store size, etc.
    and an indication of the source of the data:
    Your personal data has been made available to the Controller by the entity whose services you have been using and which is listed in the header of this clause.
    The information in this section is intended only for data subjects whose personal data has been obtained otherwise than from these data subjects, e.g. from a real estate agent or from another entity whose services those persons have been using.
  5. Your personal data will be processed:
    a) until the withdrawal of your consent to the processing of your personal data, if the processing is on the basis of your consent referred to in item 3(a); or
    b) until the performance of the activities related to the conclusion of the contract referred to in item 3(b); or
    c) with regard of the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Controller referred to in item 3(c) - until the lodgement of an objection or until the date of the meeting.
  6. The recipients of your personal data may include:
    a) employees and contractors of the Controller,
    b) entities that provide services to the Controller, in particular, IT, marketing and telecommunication services to which the Controller will have entrusted the processing of personal data,
    c) real estate agents (if your consent has been obtained through them).
  7. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third country, i.e. to any country based outside the European Economic Area.
  8. You have the right to request access to your personal data, to rectify or delete your personal data, to request the restriction of processing of your personal data and to transfer your data.
  9. If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests, you have the right to object to the processing for reasons associated with your particular situation. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
  10. To the extent to which you have given consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent any time, without impacting on the legality of the processing of your personal data that has been done on the basis of your consent before it was withdrawn.
  11. You have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
  12. The provision of your personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide such data will result in it not being possible to process your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing of products and services or to take action on your request before the conclusion of the contract, or to arrange a meeting with you concerning the services provided and products offered by the Controller.
    Information in this section is intended only for data subjects whose personal data has been obtained directly from such data subjects.
  13. The Controller will automatically process your personal data (profiling), including information about your website activity, in order to provide you with information about the products and services you might be most interested in purchasing. The decision to provide specific information to you will, however, be made by an employee of the Controller, which means that the decision is not a fully automated one.
